Free trial
Every new user gets a 15-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, since access to the platform is provided immediately.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at hello@connectstack.ai and we'll review it fairly.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.
Add-on & one-time services
One-time setup or done-for-you services are non-refundable once work has begun.
