These Terms govern your use of ConnectStack.ai, operated by Catalog Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. (the company behind CareerGuide.com). By using ConnectStack, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ConnectStack provides an all-in-one business platform for educators (website, payments, CRM, courses, messaging and more). Features vary by plan.

2. Free trial & subscriptions

• New users get a 15-day free trial. A payment method (UPI Autopay or card) is set up at signup.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan fee is charged automatically.
• Plans are billed annually (or monthly where offered) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay and collected by Catalog Educational Services Pvt. Ltd.. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may be added.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure
• Use the platform lawfully and comply with messaging/spam and data-protection rules
• You are responsible for the content and customer data you upload

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, send unlawful or spam communications, or infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

ConnectStack, its brand and software are owned by Catalog Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. / CareerGuide. Your data remains yours.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding period.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi.
